Back Bay— Developers at the Clarendon announced that it has reached 100% occupancy. The last unit to sell was the $6.2 million penthouse. The 33-story luxury building with 103 condos started going on the market in 2010 in phases. [Globe]
FENWAY— Update: Skanska and its project at 1350 Boylston is going to continue to work with the neighborhood to come to an agreement about the proposed residential tower. In regards to the Mayor's comment about the property being overpriced, regional manager Shawn Hurley said there were a lot of factors that went into the price but they're comfortable with the number.
