Construction of 120 Kingston Street started about a year ago, with the official groundbreaking for the 26-story, 240-unit apartment tower in September 2012. Above is a shot, courtesy of the Boston Redevelopment Authority (boo!)TM, from this month. The tower famously replaced the Dainty Dot Building; and will include 18 studios, 175 one-bedrooms, 43 two-bedrooms and four three-bedrooms. Construction's expected to be finished by next summer.
