Yes, yes: Another scrumptious listing on Marlborough Street in Back Bay.

Unit 7 at 259 Marlborough Street hit the sales market recently for $5,500,000, joining so many other Boston properties north of the $5M mark (though some are considerably further north). That in itself is noteworthy, but what really bob's your uncle about this 3,310-square-foot penthouse, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as a wet bar with wine fridge and a roof deck, is that it was majorly renovated in 2013 (the Coldwell Banker listing calls it a "complete custom renovation," in fact). The spread last traded in May 2009 for $2,750,000, and, before that, not since June 1994. No wonder.
