'Tis been about six years since Boston O.K.'d new condos in the ballyhooed Seaport District. That approval was for the 92-unit FP3 Building at 346 Congress Street (one of the Curbed Boston 76!). Now, Thomas Grillo at the Boston Business Journal has the goods on what could be the newest one: an eight- or nine-story building with about 50 condos on a parking lot at 388 Congress Street. It's early days still, but Boston's definitely wide-open to housing development (some Bostonians, not so much).
