SOUTH BOSTON—Two groups are asking the state to hit the brakes on a big recycling plant: "[T]he Andrew Square Civic Association in South Boston and the Moreland Street Neighbors of Roxbury raised questions about a plan by Celtic Recycling to renovate a 55,000-square-foot cold storage warehouse. If approved, the plant at 100 Widett Circle would process up to 1,500 tons daily of construction and demolition debris." [Biz Journal]
