The gorgeously apportioned townhouse at 36 Lime Street hit the sales market way back in February 2012, asking $6,950,000. It was the first time the 5-BR, 5.5-BA spread, with interiors designed by the late David Nightingale Hicks, had been up for sale in more than 40 years. It's still up for sale, though the price has shifted a bit.
Back in November 2012, the tag was chopped by a cool quarter-million. Now, we're talking a slice to the tune of $700,000, bringing the price for the 5,698-square-foot spread, with six fireplaces and parking for one, down to an even $6,000,000. We should also note that 36 Lime is now under the care of Campion & Co., the listing having shifted in the spring. Stay tuned.
