There are 12 townhouses; 164 apartments; and amenities like parkland, a playground and a pool, all designed, in the words of a rep from The Architectural Team, to bring "new life to the silent property."
Yes, yes, but what about the prices?! Studio apartments start at $1,975; one-bedrooms at $2,140; two-bedrooms at $2,650; and three-bedrooms at $3,500. A 2-BR, 2.5-BA, 2,090-square-foot townhouse is asking $644,000. There.
