And all with a relatively low fee of $200. The whole shebang traded for $2,130,000 in July 2008, right before civilization crumbled, and was renovated thereafter. The next closest Cambridge listing in price, by the way, is a condo: $2,300,000 for a 3-BR, 2.5-BA at 75-83 Cambridge Parkway.
