Back Bay's Bradley Mansion is no stranger to gigantic sales figures. Its 3-BR, 3.5-BA Unit L has been asking $4,200,000 since January; and a couple of months before that its Unit H/J traded for $4,740,000.
The newest Bradley Mansion monsters, though, are bigger than both of these. Unit C, a 4-BR, 4.5-BA spread covering 4,160 square feet, is asking $5,950,000 as of late last week. According to listing broker Tracy Campion, the condo with direct-elevator access and a private terrace "represents Park Avenue living on tree-lined Commonwealth Avenue." Plus! In-unit laundry.

Unit F at the Bradley also tumbled onto the market last week. The 3-BR, 3.5-BA, 3,625-square-foot condo wants $5,345,000 for its two heated garage spaces; its direct-elevator access; and its two gas fireplaces. Listing broker Jared Wollaston of Hammond makes no mention of Manhattan's Park Avenue in his listing for Unit F, but you can imagine the same vibe. One final note on both C and F: Each carries a condo fee north of $2,000. Happy Monday.
