Less than that, really. The house at 203 Windsor Road in Newton's Waban village hit the sales market Monday for $4,200,000. By the Wednesday, it had found a buyer.
The 6-BR, 4.5-BA, 7,500-square-foot Queen Anne Victorian on more than half an acre last traded as recently as Dec. 6 for $2,421,500 (before that it was back in November 2006). Can someone say flip? The closing price of the most recent deal isn't known yet, of course, and the whole thing could collapse before then. Still, for now: Talk about fast, even for the Hub.
