There are now 31 condos up for rent in Millennium Place, the game-change-y Downtown Crossing condo that officially opened late last year. That's roughly 12 percent of the 256 units, not an unseemly high number but nothing to sneeze at if you're one of the buyers ponying up millions to buy or the city praying that the luxury complex adds some 24/7 permanence to a 9-to-5 area.
The rents on the condos range from $11,500 for 3-BR, 2-BA spread over 1,703 square feet on the 10th floor to $3,500 for a 1-BR, 1-BA on 854 square feet of the fifth floor (that one comes with garaged parking for an additional $300 monthly). It does appear, by the way, that the 2-BR, 2-BA asking $10,000 a month (and pictured in part above) has rented—or its owner has had second thoughts.
