After 488 days on the sales market, the Charlestown townhouse at 21 Monument Square has sold. Don't worry, we've rustled up one last shot of the Dr. Seuss print from the old, old listing photos.
The 5,974-square-foot manse across from the Bunker Hill monument first dropped, Dr. Seuss print and all, in early 2012 for $2,950,000. The 4-BR, 5.5-BA, with two parking spaces, central air and a garden, then ripped $200K off its tag late that summer (and the Dr. Seuss print from its listing photos). It closed Monday for that new price of $2,750,000. Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.
