Penthouses at the downtown Boston condo tower 45 Province tend to sell fast—like, really fast. So why is the 2,471-square-foot PH3B still on the market after nearly 50 days?
The 3-BR, 2.5-BA with dictatorial views from three sides dropped on the market Nov. 22 for $4,199,000, fairly in line with what other 45 Province penthouses have asked. Yet, no dice, at least not yet. The spread last traded in December 2012 for $3,450,000. Perhaps the current asking is a little too ambitious? Stay tuned.
