Logan Shuttle, Full-Service Building Wins on the Waterfront

And, now, the results of our latest Real Estate Deathmatch.


This particular Real Estate Deathmatch was not even close: the 3-BR penthouse at 50 Battery Street beat the townhouse-style 3-BR at 343 Commercial Street 66 percent to 34 percent. Why? We're guessing it's because the 50 Battery spread is in a full-service building that includes freakin' water-shuttle service to Logan Airport. That and the 2,391-square-foot spread with two water-fronting decks is asking $10,000 less than the Commercial Street quasi-townhouse: $2.79M vs. $2.8M. Even in a fantasy game such as this, a deal apparently counts.
