A deal is apparently pending for the long-long-listed Benjamin Mansion at 74 Beacon Street in Beacon Hill. Even with price-chops, the 8,450-square-foot townhouse with rooftop swimming pool remains by far Boston's priciest listing. The Benjamin was last asking $13,950,000.
