The penthouse at 476 Beacon Street in Back Bay hit the sale market in early October 2013. At the time, the Keliher Real Estate listing made clear that it was undergoing a "meticulous renovation" (thus no real listing photos, just renderings). There are still no listing photos, just dimensions and the usual brokerbabble: three bedrooms; three and a half bathrooms; 3,419 square feet; direct-elevator access; private roof deck with fridge and sink; "super luxury"; yada yada. The renovations wrapped last month. Now the 476 Beacon's penthouse is under contract. The whole shebang was last asking its original tag of $6,500,000. Stay tuned to see if that's the closing price, too. Also, if anyone has real interior shots, do send along to the always-discreet Curbed Boston Tipline.
