'Philadelphia Style' on Offer Along South End-Back Bay Border

New, 1 comment

The newly listed 3-BR, 2-BA duplex penthouse at 310 Columbus Avenue in the South End-Back Bay borderlands is not the first Greater Boston home to tout its "Philadelphia style." Though, like its predecessor in Somerville, it does not seek to explain said style (you've taken a stab at it, however). The 1,229-square-footer does offer such flourishes as a 400-square-foot private roof deck as well as heated towel racks and an open kitchen. Unit 4 is asking $1,079,000. And would you look at that? Not even a week on the sales market and there's a deal pending for it. You don't get that kind of turnaround in Philadelphia.
