The 3,027-square-foot duplex penthouse inside the only Boston building designed by World's Greatest Living Architect(TM) and Simpsons guest star Frank Gehry hit the sales market back in June for $3,900,000. The 3-BR, 3-BA with automatic blinds for those super-tall living room windows then slashed its price two months later to $3,500,000. As of yesterday, the price for Unit 806 at 360 Newbury Street is down another quarter-mill to a cool $3,250,000. That still means it's asking just over $1,000 a square foot through Gibson Sotheby's.
