Not every Boston condo is going for a staggering amount over its asking price. Case in point: Unit 2510 at Battery Wharf. The 3-BR, 2.5-BA corner penthouse with two private decks and two garage parking spaces dropped on the sales market back in late June for $3,975,000. Its price soon dropped to $3,495,000. And then it kept on dropping. The unit closed yesterday for $3,310,000—a full $665,000 off the original asking.
