45 Province Spread Comes Complete with a Murphy Bed

New, 1 comment

The 2-BR, 2-BA Unit 2802 on the 28th floor of 45 Province in downtown Boston just hit the sales market with a lot to offer: 1,636 square feet; deeded parking; a private terrace that furthers its gobsmacking vus; access to the amenities of one of the area's top condos (albeit with a $1,618 fee attached). It also comes with a Murphy bed in one of its bedrooms. Space is always an issue in Boston, even when you're paying well north of $1,000 a square foot. The spread wants $2,399,000—or $1,466 a square foot. Such an amount ($200K more than the condo traded for last year) is not unheard of at 45 Province, which had its problems in the past but which seems to be doing well now. And such an amount does not seem all that barking mad in Boston luxury real estate anymore.
