How Much for 2-BR Micro-Living in Beacon Hill?

New, 4 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed Boston's asking-price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you vote for which price you think it is. If you think it's none of the above, tender a more exact guess in the comments or shoot us an email. Later this week we reveal the answer. And, hey, no cheating!

What/Where: a 2-BR, 1-BA condo near Cambridge Street and the Charles/MGH T stop
Square Footage: 485
The Skinny: Everyone knows that micro-apartments are never, ever going to happen in Boston despite the hullabaloo of a couple of years ago. But there are still several de facto micro-units, both condos and apartments, throughout the city predating the hype. This Beacon Hill unit is one such example. It's in a building dating from 1900; and it comes with two real bedrooms (no fake partitions here) as well as storage and laundry in the building's basement. It's been on the market since the day before Thanksgiving.
