Another Boston renovation, another burst of luxury condo sales. The five-unit conversion at 341 Marlborough Street in Back Bay now joins the 12-unit Royal in the South End on the sales market. And what's this? Three of 341 Marlborough's units have already found buyers (though deals have yet to close). These include the 2-BR, 2.5-BA, 1,675-square-foot penthouse, which was asking $3,300,000, private roof deck included. One of the two units not to have sold yet is No. 2, a bigger spread at 2,860 square feet, with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms over two levels (you can see the floorplans for both above); it's asking $4,775,000 and, like the penthouse, comes with two parking spaces.
