The Skinny: This 485-square-foot 2-BR was never a part of all that Boston micro-apartment buzz that fizzled. It's a condo, for one thing. And it's in a building that dates from 1900. But it is small; and, yet, it's location is huge. That's perhaps why a plurality of you (nearly 38 percent) guessed $590,000. That vote total just edged out the 36 percent who selected the correct asking price of $1,000 a square foot (or $485K). Fifteen percent, by the way, went long and chose $770,500.
