The condos in the FP3 building are not necessarily new (they date from the middle of last decade) but are definitely part of the area's trendy nomenclature: This sixth-floor one, though not appearing all that loft-like, bills itself as a "loft-style condo." It's been on the rental market for about a month and a half. Dig that terrace.
