The remodeling of Unit 1 at 20 Atwood Square in Jamaica Plain was finished just this year. It left the 1-BR, 1-BA condo looking all shiny and new, with touches like custom-built closet shelves, brand-new double-pane windows and an industrial-style faucet in the kitchen. The remodeling also left it with these, which apparently come in the sales price: 24-inch and 46-inch flat-screen TVs in the bedroom and living room, respectively.
The 479-square-foot spread hit the sales market just before Valentines Day for just shy of a quarter-million: $249,999. It sold for $90,000 back in November.
