Who says there are no condos for sale in Boston? Us? Oh. Well, it's true. Or close to it: The inventory of available condos in Boston continues to shrink epically. To illustrate, we picked two neighborhoods this week for our open house tour and came up with a grand total of two condos showing this warmer weekend. Bay Village and Chinatown are admittedly tiny (and getting tinier) but they have big towers. Think One Charles Street or the W Boston. And yet.
