Moreover, it remains unsold despite some pretty titanic price-chopping. For instance, at the start of 2013, it was asking $6,950,000. Now, the estate with a 2,500-bottle wine cellar and a brick pizza oven wants a mere $4,995,000. Will it command that? Who knows?
