This 3-BR, 3-BA, 2,194-square-foot townhouse at 19 Dartmouth Place in the South End hit the sales market Monday through Gibson Sotheby's. It was recently gut-renovated, and tricked out in flourishes such as a floor-through master suite, central air (and vacuum) and a wood-burning fireplace (as well as a gas one). But what really sells it, we think, is the abundance of outdoor space: two parking spaces (those count!), two balconies, a roof deck, and a garden.
Nineteen Dartmouth is asking a mere $2,400,000—or about $1,093 a square foot, not including the outdoor space. Will it get that? Stay tuned.
