Inside Beacon Hill's Staggeringly Price-Chopped 39 Hancock

New, 1 comment

The 5,172-square-foot townhouse at 39 Hancock Street in Beacon Hill dropped on the sales market in mid-February for $4,250,000 through super-brokerage Campion & Co. It wasn't that gobsmacking a tag considering accoutrements such as three parking spaces, a garden and the fact that an additional lot is included in the amount. Yet, not even a month later and we're staring down one of the biggest Boston price-chops of the young year.

The 5-BR, 3.5-BA with bones in the 1850s has slashed its asking by $450,000 to $3,800,000. Act now.
