Meet Beacon Hill's $13M Penthouse w/ Private Roof Deck

New, 2 comments

The scrumptiously large (6,337 square feet) penthouse at 96 Beacon Street just hit the sales market for a gong-rattling $13,000,000, making it Boston's third-priciest listing and the most expensive new one in a long while. In fact, we think we need to go back to November and the $10,000,000 listing at the Carlton House.

The 4-BR, 4.5-BA spread in the Beacon Hill-Back Bay borderlands has views of the Esplanade, the Charles and the Public Garden as well as two deeded parking spaces. And! Dig the private rooftop deck. The whole shebang last traded in April 2009 for a mere $9,399,673. Stay tuned.
