The Return of the Charles Street Meeting House Condo

The sole residential condo in Beacon Hill's 207-year-old Charles Street Meeting House is back on the sales market following a titanic price-chop. Recall that the 4,000-square-foot 4-BR, 4-BA, with its exposed beams, its arched windows and its cupola with fabulous vus, already cut its price last fall from an original spring asking of $4,900,000 to $4,500,000.

The condo's barrel-vaulted ceilings will now cost you a cool $4,000,000. That's nearly a mill off the original listing price, but we're still talking $1K per gorgeously wooden square foot. Stay tuned.
