Learn to Twerk and Tour Fenway: Hub's Neatest Hotel Perks

As Hotels Week 2014 romps merrily along here at Curbed Boston, we thought we would run down the coolest perks and packages (and perks within packages) offered by 10 of the region's hotels. These offer everything from romantic getaways to field trips to local museums to tutorials on how to twerk like Miley Cyrus. There's also one focused on both local beer and the Red Sox (we won't make a joke). In no particular order, here they are. Book away.

Ames Boston
"Spring Training"
An intensive health-related package for the Ames' paying guests that includes "one complimentary fresh and cold-pressed juice from Cocobeet per day of their stay and stocked in the room's Minibar." Also! "One complimentary full-throttle sweat session at Barry's Bootcamp Boston." In other words, this particular perk is not meant to be relaxing so much as relaxingly healthy.

Hyatt Regency Cambridge
"Museum of Science Package"
Cosmos is back on the air, why not? This Hyatt Regency Cambridge perk includes "guest room accommodations, four tickets to the Museum of Science, discounted parking and drop-off shuttle service to the Museum (subject to availability)."
__
W Boston
"Romance Remixed"
Shoes and booze (and croissants), the cornerstones of a healthy relationship: "Breakfast in bed from his favorite local bakery? Today's hottest fashions from her beloved designer hanging in the closet upon arrival? The options are endless." The perk also includes a $50 credit toward an "electrifying surprise, treat or moment," late checkout and a bottle of bubbly.

Hyatt Regency Boston
"Uber-ific Boston"
This one's all about the cab fare—or the technology that's destroying/revolutionizing cab fare as we know it. "Book now through March 31, 2014 and arrive in style with a $20 Uber credit (for new users) ... Already take advantage of Uber? Give the $20 Uber Black Card to a friend and introduce them to the life of luxury."
__
Boston Harbor Hotel
"Pirates and Patriots"
This one's for the young people and the history buffs (and the young people who are history buffs): "Overnight accommodations, breakfast for two adults and two children, two adult tickets and two children (under 12 years of age) tickets to either the 'Pirates & Patriots' walking tour or 'Walk Into History' walking tour, a specialty snack pack for the tour, cookies and milk delivered to your guestroom."
__
Charles Hotel
"Smarty Pants Package"
This one's along the same lines as the Boston Harbor's "Pirates and Patriots" package. Decidedly family-focused, it includes "kid-friendly books and coloring activities, two admission tickets to the Harvard Museum of Natural History, and a welcome amenity of milk and cookies at turndown."
__

Onyx Boston
"Ticket to Twerk"
We're going to say this is the champ of Greater Boston hotel packages/perks, if for anything because of its social relevance. Start with: "Do you have tickets to the much talked about Miley Cyrus concert at the TD Garden on April 2? Do you want to amp up your night out with all the things needed to make it a true Miley experience? If so, we have what you're looking for." Perks include two foam fingers and a "How to Twerk" DVD. Yup.

The Liberty
"Bespoke in Boston"
Wanna hide that beer gut at your next big to-do? Book the Liberty's "Bespoke in Boston" package and get a fighting chance without having to exercise or eat right. See, here's what's included: "[A] visit to bespoke clothier Alton Lane's acclaimed showroom. During your one-hour private appointment, Alton Lane's style experts will help you select from an extensive fabric collection and guide you through measurement by 3-D body imaging technology."
__
XV Beacon
"Follow Me to Fenway"
Opening Day 'tis right around the corner! Take you and yours out the ballpark with this package, which includes: "Special amenity of hot pretzels and local beer upon arrival... Tour of Fenway Park... Courtesy Lexus Sedan drop-off at Fenway." Sox tickets available for an additional fee. Play ball.
__
Westin Boston Waterfront
"New Balance Gear Lending"
Hey, so, beach season, it's right around the corner. Shape up or wear baggy sweatshirts through it all again, eh? This ongoing perk at the Westin Waterfront unfolds thus: "[G]uests can simply dial Service Express® and request their shoe and clothing size and they will be conveniently delivered to the guest room. Available gear includes: running shoes with disposable insoles, as well as a variety of men's and women's New Balance apparel..." When you're done, drop it with the hotel and walk away.
