Boston's First Crazy-Opulent Listing of March Is Nothing

New, 1 comment

The 4-BR, 5.5-BA Unit 3A at the Le Jardin building last traded in those prelapsarian days of 2006 for $3,775,000. On March 3, it dropped on the market one Great Recession later for a much higher sum, making it easily the first crazy-opulent Boston listing of this young month.

The 2,896-square-foot spread with Public Garden vus (hence the building's francophilic name) and two garaged parking spaces wants $6,100,000 this go-round. If you think that's a particularly ginormous tag, some relativity for you: While it's easily the priciest listing of March so far, the tag barely places it amongst the 20 priciest in Boston right now.
