The Skinny: Well, this is awkward, though not surprising given the concessions in the Boston rental market. When we opened this poll on Monday, we did so secure in the knowledge that the correct answer was $3,500 a month. Anyway! The rent has actually been slashed to $3,300 in the interregnum. Not even 20 percent of you guessed the (formerly) correct amount, so we don't feel that embarrassed. And it's not our fault besides: It's Boston circa 2014.
