First up! The more gargantuan of the pair: Unit 23E, a 3-BR, 4.5-BA spread over 3,246 square feet featuring views from here to eternity. It was originally listed in late January for $4,495,000 and closed for $4,350,000.

Next up: the 3-BR, 3.5-BA, 2,707-square-foot Unit 20C, which dropped the last week in February for $3,250,000; saw its price chopped the second week in March by $150K; and closed Tuesday for $2,925,000. Rock on.
