How Much for 2-BR in South End's Sepia Boston?

PriceSpotter is Curbed Boston's asking-price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you vote for which price you think it is. If you think it's none of the above, tender a more exact guess in the comments or shoot us an email. Later this week we reveal the answer. And, hey, no cheating!

Where/What: a 2-BR, 2-BA condo at 401 Harrison Street in the South End
Square Footage: 1,101
The Skinny: A couple of months ago our PriceSpotter tackled a 1-BR in the Sepia Boston, the condo component of the mammoth Ink Block project. This time it's a 2-BR—on the same floor. Everything's new (or will be new, the Sepia's under construction) and an owner would have access to building amenities such as the roof deck and direct underground access to a planned Whole Foods—and, of course, would be part of some serious change in the South End.
