The next closest is the long-listed 130 Commonwealth Avenue, which currently craves a measly $36K monthly.
The Taj's Presidential Suite, on the other hand, wants... get this... $75,000. It comes furnished, and, of course, includes hotel services within the rent. If it gets said rent, or anywhere near it, the suite will surely become the priciest monthly rental in modern Boston history. Stay tuned.
