Gobsmackingly Terraced Mandarin Spread Gets $8M-Plus

New, 2 comments

It's no Mason House, but the trade of Unit E11A at the Mandarin Oriental is easily one of the biggest in Boston so far this year. The 3,647-square-foot spread, with at least two bedrooms and definitely two and a half bathrooms (as well as two dictatorial terraces), hit the sales market back in January for $9,250,000. Fast forward barely three months and it's a done deal.

The 11th-floor condo, which comes with a monthly association fee of $6,341, closed on Tuesday for a cool $8,500,000—way off the asking, but, really, who's going to quibble?
