The 4-BR, 3.5-BA penthouse at Le Jardin (one of the Curbed Boston 76!) last traded way back in November 2004 for $6,900,000. It's on the market again as of the weekend, and let's just say it's not asking that this go-round.
A decade on and Unit 7 wants a full $9,500,000 for its 3,985 interior square feet and its private terrace of more than 600 and its direct elevator access and its two garaged parking spaces. You get the picture. Stay tuned as to whether Boston's priciest new listing really does go for nearly $2,400 a square foot.
