Until the 574-square-foot 1-BR, 1-BA condo dropped last week at 326 Broadway in Somerville, there were no homes in that city or neighboring Cambridge asking under $250,000. Unit 10 at 326 Broadway wants $239,000 and comes with a $202 association fee. Stay tuned.
