It Took Fewer Than Six Days to Sell a Sepia Penthouse

New, 4 comments

The Sepia Boston is the condo component of the ginormous Ink Block project under way at the old Boston Herald site along Harrison Avenue. Its 83 luxury units have been trickling onto the sales market over the last few months, and we're starting to see some deals cut. Like this one for a 3-BR, 3-BA penthouse that dropped way back on Thursday.

The 1,831-square-foot Penthouse 3, with parking and storage available separately, has already found a buyer with an asking price of $2,025,000. We won't know the closing tag for a while, so stay tuned. There's a lot going on in this corner of the South End and not many metrics for measuring it all yet.
