Our pals at HotPads have broken out all the apartment and condo development going on in Boston right now. Of the buildings mapped above, including such bold-faced names as Millennium Place, the Arlington and the Avalon Exeter, 32 are in some sort of planning stage; six are under construction; four are leasing; and 10 are leasing yet still under construction. Will these 4,776 new units be enough to boost the city's housing inventory to non-crazy levels? Probably not. But stay tuned regardless.
