Taj Boston Drops Another Mad-Crazy Five-Figure Rental

Wonders shall apparently never cease at the Taj Boston. The hotel, one of the Curbed Boston Hotels 18, is still offering its Presidential Suite for $75,000 a month (it's easily the most expensive rental listing in the city). Now it's put up its Commonwealth Suite for long-term lease for another gobsmacking amount.

The Taj wants $45,000 a month for the 1,040-square-foot suite. It comes with at least one bedroom and one and half bathrooms (as well as the option of adding another bedroom "if additional space is required"). There's also a 46-inch flat-screen; a wet bar; and all the bells and whistles of the luxury hotel, including 24-hour concierge, complimentary newspapers and fitness center. Still. $45K a month?
