A couple of weeks ago the 20 most expensive listings in Somerville, the Cambridge of the Future (TM), were all poised to start closing at around the same time. Said closings have begun, including at the newly constructed 19 Adams Street off Magoun Square near Medford. Above are photos from the listing for Unit B, which was asking $1,049,000. The 3-BR, 3.5-BA, 2,207-square-footer commanded just above that: $1,050,000.

Unit A, a 3-BR, 2.5-BA spread over 2,083 square feet, was asking $999,000. It got $985,000, however. Both units took around 60 days to move from listing to close.
