23-Room Weston Palace Lands Buyer After Nearly Three Years

New, 3 comments

The most expensive listing in one of the most expensive towns in Greater Boston has found a buyer: the nearly 5-acre estate at 63 Winsor Way. The 23-room, 21,926-square-foot manse had been on and off the market since September 2010, when it was originally listed for a cool $21,000,000.

The price for the 6-BR, 12-BA home tumbled considerably before settling at a still spectacular $16,250,000, enough for it to overtake the price-chopped 67 Byron Road as Weston's priciest. That's what it was last asking. Stay tuned for the closing tag.
