The offers for the 1-BR, 1-BA, 403-square-foot Unit 1 at 241 Hurley Street in East Cambridge were due at 2 p.m. on Monday after inaugural open houses over the weekend.
The spread, renovated a decade ago and carrying a condo fee of $250, was asking $269,000 when it went lightning quick—it was under agreement as of Tuesday afternoon. That asking, by the way, made Unit 1 at 241 Hurley one of the very cheapest condos on the entire Cambridge market. During those hours it was on the market.
