'Tis been more than eight years since Unit 605 at the Heritage on the Garden traded hands. Back then, in May 2006, it got $2,750,000. This go-round the 4,000-square-foot duplex on the sixth and seventh floors of the hyper-exclusive downtown Boston condo wanted $4,500,000 when it dropped in late March. Did it get that? More? Less?
The 3-BR, 5-BA spread actually closed on Monday for $150K off the asking: $4,350,000. Nothing to sneeze at, of course, but it does buck a prominent trend in the Boston condo market nowadays.
