The Skinny: Bravo! A plurality of you (41 percent) guessed the correct asking rent for this 2-BR, 2-BA condo at 45 Province in downtown Boston. One-third of you really undercut it, however, guessing $5K a month or less. The rest of you went for broke and voted $6,100. The spread does have access to the luxury complex's amenities. Still. We'd think $6K-plus would be a lot to ask for 1,291 square feet, wouldn't you?
