Five-Figure Price-Chop for Nose-y Battery Wharf Spread

We've been following the fortunes of Unit 510 at 3510 Battery Wharf ever since it dropped on the fast-moving waterfront sales market in early April. Why, it was even a contender in a recent Real Estate Deathmatch! Recall that the 2-BR, 2-BA was asking a cool $2,295,000 for its terraced spot at what the Gibson Sotheby's listing describes as "the nose of the pier." The 1,650-square-foot spread with two garaged parking spaces and a private terrace (and a condo fee of $2,233) closed on Monday for $2,250,000. That's $45K off the asking, which means Unit 510 definitely bucked a wider Hub trend. Go figure.
