The Skinny: Oh, so close! Just over 31 percent of you guessed the correct asking rent for this furnished 3-BR, 3.5-BA triplex on the Charlestown waterfront with vus of the U.S.S. Constitution and the Harbor beyond. The winner by a nose, however, was $7,500, which garnered 32 percent of the votes. More than a quarter of you, it should be noted, swung for $8,450.
